Classroom - College - Career - Community
For thirty years The Robert and Janice McNair Educational Foundation has helped thousands of Rutherford County Schools students prepare for a postsecondary education in their desired career field. Programs are offered from elementary through high school and are aimed at making sure all students are both academically and financially prepared for college and career. Recently, a new career path program helps students envision and prepare for the career they want to pursue. Explore our programs page to learn more about what opportunities are available.
ELEMENTARY
Our elementary school programs help kids answer the age old question of "What do you want to be when you grow up?" and get students thinking about education after high school.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Middle school is where big changes happen. Our programs link middle schoolers with high school students and mentors that help make transition from middle to high school easier.
HIGH SCHOOL
We want students to be prepared both academically and financially for college and career. Our programs help students think about the future and what career path they want to pursue.
CAREER PATH PLANNING
A traditional four-year college isn't for everyone. Our career path planning helps students figure out what career they want to pursue and then lays out a postsecondary education plan to help them achieve their goals and follow their dreams.
