Planning for college and career after high school is one of the most important decisions a student makes about their future. We want to provide students with the tools, resources and support needed to make the decision that's right for them.

 

The mission of Robert and Janice McNair Educational Foundation is to increase college and career readiness, as well as college enrollment and completion for all students in Rutherford County Schools. We provide programs and activities that are designed to raise awareness, expand knowledge, and prepare students for college and career. While the majority of the programs and activities are focused on high school students, we also provide targeted programs in the middle and elementary schools. Our newest program focuses on career planning and offers opportunities for students to start exploring careers that peak their interests.
