We are seeking applicants for a Student Services Specialist. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the mentor program at R-S Central High School and R-S Middle School. This position will also serve as the Financial Aid Specialist at R-S Central High School. This position is a full-time, 12-month position.

 

The successful candidate will be someone who has the ability to be organized, methodical and efficient. The candidate must also exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Applicants must also have the ability and applicable experience in various software programs and demonstrate proficiency in mastering new technology.

 

Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited community college preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience working with volunteers or in an education setting

• Strong organization and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of the FAFSA process preferred

• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

• Ability to maintain confidential or proprietary information.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, email and Internet.

Base salary is $30,000 with consideration for education and experience.
