Mission

The Robert and Janice McNair Educational Foundation seeks to improve education in Rutherford County, NC and thereby increase the number of students in the county who pursue education beyond high school.

• Provide supports and services to all students to increase college readiness
• Increase college access, retention and success for all students
• Increase and refine communication and outreach efforts to enhance community awareness and engagement
• Increase the capacity to evaluate programmatic data to improve student outcomes
• Manage Foundation resources to maximize effectiveness of Foundation operations
